Session Rates
Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes): $120
Note: session fees are due at the time of service
Payment Options
I accept all of the following forms of payment:
Credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cards
Your chosen method of payment will be stored in a HIPAA-compliant client portal, and charged automatically after each completed session unless otherwise arranged.
If you intend to use an HSA or FSA card, please ensure beforehand that your account covers mental health services.

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:
Cigna/Evernorth
United Health Care
Blue Cross Blue Shield NC
For any other insurance carriers, I am considered out-of-network. I offer courtesy billing (superbills) for out-of-network insurance to assist with client’s receiving reimbursement.
Verifying Your Coverage
Please check your coverage carefully to ensure you understand your plan and what your financial responsibility is for session fees. Below are questions that will be helpful to ask:
Does my insurance plan cover outpatient mental health/behavioral health services?
Do I have a copay or co-insurance?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
Does my deductible need to be met for mental/behavioral health services to be covered?
Does my plan have a limit on number of session per year? If so, how many?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Does my plan cover telehealth therapy services?
