My mission is

to help my clients feel like their most authentic selves and empower them to make positive changes through providing a safe and inclusive space to do the work.

Who I Am

For 8+ years in this field, I have strived to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity, with a particular focus on anxiety, trauma, identity, substance use, and life transitions.

My work is rooted in strengths-based, feminist, and narrative approaches, and I draw from a range of other evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs. I also believe in a solution-focused approach, working with you to address what’s happening right now while building tools to help you navigate future challenges. Whether we’re exploring past experiences or managing overwhelming emotions, my goal is to empower you with strategies that foster resilience, growth, and self-understanding.

I’m deeply passionate about breaking down barriers to care, and mental health equity is a cause close to my heart. I view mental health care as a basic human right, essential to overall well-being, and approach my work with the belief that every person has the capacity for good and growth, no matter how disheartening the world may feel at times. Personally, I’ve greatly benefited from my own therapy for anxiety (and really just coping with life) and continue to engage in therapy to grow and learn. I also believe my clients teach me as much as I teach them, and I carry that perspective into every session.

Outside of my work, I spend my free time hiking and enjoying nature, bouldering, and generally being obsessed with my animals.
